Huawei launches 6.6 inch display phone in China

Huawei has officially launched the 6.6-inch display phone Huawei Honor Note 8 in China. The phone is the major competitor for the Xiaomi’s Mi Max, Lenovo’s Phab 2 Pro, Samsung’s Galaxy J Max and many others. The increasing demands for the big screen phones have taken the attention of the smartphone companies and has started targeting the area where the tablets have lost its weight.

The Honor Note 8 run in Android 6.0(Marshmallow) and comes with a 6.6-inch huge display with the resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixel resolution and according to them, the phone comes with 443ppi pixel density.

In Honor Note 8, Huawei has continued its trend of using its own developed technologies in its products by using the Kirin 995 chipset which is Octa-Core processor and is backed with Mali-T880 MP4 GPU. The phone is featured with the 4GB of RAM and comes in 3 different variants of internal storage 32/64/128 GB.

The phone comes with the 13MP rear camera with autofocus and dual tone flashlight and 5MP front facing camera. The camera features the optical stabilization and shoots video at 1080p. The phone also comes with hybrid sim tray which means there is an option to choose dual sim or a combination of a sim and an SD card to increase the phone memory.

Talking about the battery, the phone comes with 4,500 mAh battery and features sensors like Fingerprint, accelerometer, gyro, proximity & compass.

The phone carries the price tag of $345 for 32GB, $375 for 64GB and $42o for 128GB.
