Meizu Pro 7, which was leaked on Weibo a couple of weeks ago still has no official news from the company. The flagship has some more leaked images instead. While the previous images show a completely bezel-less phone, this time the story is quite different. Meizu Pro 7 does have a lower bezel and a capacitive Home button too.
Meizu will be bringing the Capacitive Home button in its flagship instead of the physical fingerprint sensor on the front. This has however hinted that Meizu Pro 7 will have an ultrasonic sensor behind the glass. The Pro 7 is now rumored to have the new Kirin 960 chipset. The new leaks show the device screen more clearly. It looks similar to the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge curved screen removing the device bezel effectively.
The next leak is about the Camera setup of the phone. Meizu Pro 7 won’t have a dual-camera setup as previously rumored. Instead, it has a ring flash around the rear camera setup which will provide even lighting in the dark. The Camera will probably be a 12MP sensor according to previous sources.
With all these, day to day leaks, we are still unsure when Meizu Pro 7 will officially come out. However, it is not this year since Meizu has just unveiled the refined version of Meizu Pro 6 — Meizu Pro 6s. It will soon launch in China for CNY 2,699 ($399). So, we might be seeing the Meizu Pro 7 in 2017 which isn’t far by the way.
