According to new reports, Nokia may announce two new smartphones at upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017. The two new smartphones named Nokia D1 and E1 have been leaked through sketches. Similarly, rumors has revealed a lot about Nokia D1C which is speculated to be launched at MWC 2017. The rumors are also suggesting that the another Nokia smartphone named as Nokia E1 will be unleashed at the event.
The Nokia D1 and Nokia E1 sketches are leaked from a renowned source, which has a good track of revealing leaked information regarding prototypes leaks from Nokia and Microsoft in the past days. The rumored Nokia D1C (D1) would be released as two variants. The Nokia E1 is rumored as to be the lower variant of Nokia D1C mid-range smartphone. The NOKIA logo can be seen clearly in the leaked sketches of both the phones.
As the sketches suggests the Nokia D1 seems to have rounded edges whereas E1 has squared edges. The camera placement and proximity sensor suggest that it will offer the symmetrical design. There is no any physical home button as per the sketches.
The Nokia E1 seems different in design as it has dual antennas equipped on the upper and lower edges. There is physical home button in it which may be equipped with fingerprint sensor. Overall, the design is similar to previous Nokia lumia 830/925 smartphones.
Nokia D1C will be running Android Nougat 7.0 and will be equipped with 8.0 MP fixed focus selfie camera.The device with 2GB of RAM is expected to cost 999 Yuan ($144) and the 3 GB RAM model is likely to cost 1,299 Yuan ($187). The rumored specs of Nokia E1 smartphone is still unavailable.
