Nova 4 Is launched In Nepal With Pinnhole Display – Did it hit the spot ?
With a race between Samsung and Huawei To launch their first-ever Punch hole Display, Samsung won the race with their Samsung A8s. But Nova 4 became first to get to the customer’s hand. Just like that Nova 4 might be the first-ever Smartphone with Punch Hole display to launch in Nepal. Every Smartphone company has a different name and Huawei claims it’s a Pinhole display.
The Nova series in Nepal has been performing really well in the past and will it continue with its new iteration is something we will have to wait and see. But the wait is over as Huawei has launched Nova 4 to the market today (Feb-13-2019). For now, let’s take a look into some specs of this device.
Huawei Nova 4 Overview
Starting with raw processing power, The phone is powered by Huawei HiSilicon KIRIN 970, 4x 2.36 GHz ARM Cortex-A73, 4x 1.84 GHz ARM Cortex-A53, 8 cores processor. The smartphone comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage space. Although, the internal storage cannot be increased.
On the display part, The device has a 6.4-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen (1080 x 2310 pixels, 398 PPI) display. With the Pinhole design, the device does save a lot of space for the screen. The pinhole also houses the front camera set inside, with 25 megapixels and an f/2.0 aperture. The Triple back camera includes 20 megapixels an f/1.8 aperture primary camera, and a second 16-megapixel super-wide camera lens along with a third 2-megapixel lens to capture the depth of field.
The software running on the device is Android 9.0 Pie with the EMUI 9.0.1 interface over the top. Additionally, the battery has a 3,750mAh capacity, there includes a fingerprint sensor, Bluetooth 4.2, AptX HD audio support, and USB Type-C charging.
Huawei Nova 4 Price & Availability
The Nova 4 with 8 + 128GB storage unit is priced at Rs. 64,900. The phone is now available in the Nepali market starting from the 13th of February. The device will be available in the Aurora Blue color option.
