Oppo A92s was recently spotted on Oppo’s official store in China and in JD.com with full specs and renders and here we have everything we know about it. It turns out, the anecdote was right as the new phone from Oppo sports a 120Hz display and runs on the new MediaTek Dimensity 800 chipset and we can’t say we didn’t know about it. 😉
Oppo A92s Specs Overview:
The official specs page doesn’t overtly say “Dimensity 800” but as we know that the SoC supports 5G and reads “MT6873V”, it’s safe to assume it’s the one. The smartphone is built around a 6.57-inch IPS LCD screen sustaining 120Hz refresh rate and has a Full HD+ (1080 x 2400px) resolution.
In terms of memory configurations, there two versions and they are 6GB/128GB or 8GB/128GB. There’s a quad-camera setup on the back, but solitarily the main camera has been disclosed – 48MP with f/1.7 aperture. The front snapper is 16MP with f/2.0 which is joined by a 2MP depth sensor. Now, if we follow the TENAA listing from the other day, the secondary camera is 8MP ultra-wide along with a 2MP depth sensor and 2MP macro.
As the battery is also missing from the specs sheet, what we do know from its previous leaks is that it comes with a 3,890 mAh battery and supports 20W fast charging.
Oppo A92s Pricing & Availability:
The starting price of the base model is CNY 2,199 ($310) while the 8GB/128GB version goes on sale for 2,499 ($350).
As we can already perceive that the listings are not complete and Oppo is yet to reveal it officially. So we are hoping that it would be listed with the complete specs soon enough and till then all we can do is wait.
We will get you the details as soon as the full specs hit the selves so till then Stay Home Stay Safe.
