Making a great effort finally Realme has come with its new model C3 from the C series. The launch was officially announced on February 14, 2020 (India). And finally, Realme Nepal is going to launch it in Nepal very soon.
The company is using the tagline stating “Superstar of the Entertainment”, that means it will be supporting a great battery life so that it will be keeping us entertained for long hours.
Realme C3 Specs Overview:
Realme C3 comes with a 6.5inches IPS LCD display with a 720×1560 pixel resolution. This display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3, whereas the body is splash resistant. It is powered by MediaTek Helio G70 Octa-core CPU, Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU and 3GB/4GB of RAM.
For the storage, it comes with 32GB and 64GB ROM options with a dedicated microSD card slot. On the camera, Realme C3 has 12MP+2MP dual rear cameras whereas on the front there is a single 5MP selfie camera.
Realme C3 runs on Android v10 with Realme UI 1.0 skin on top. Backing up the device is a massive 5000mAh battery with 10W charging support. Other feature includes; Dual SIM, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth v5.0.
Realme C3 Pricing:
Apparently there are two versions of Realme C3, the one available in India has only two rear cameras and does not come with a fingerprint sensor. Whereas the other one available outside India comes with an extra 2MP macro lens and fingerprint sensor. And according to Realme Nepal official, they are going to launch Realme C3 3+32GB variant with Triple camera and fingerprint sensor variant by the end of March.
Realme C3’s biggest competitors will be Redmi 8 and Redmi Note 8 in Nepal. Now for the performance, MediaTek Helio G70 on Realme C3 seems to outperform both Redmi 8 and Redmi Note 8. But Redmi 8 offers 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM under 15k in Nepal whereas Redmi Note 8 offers a better camera and high-resolution display under 20k compared to Realme C3.
So, Realme Nepal has to be very careful with the pricing of Realme C3. It can be a good option if Realme Nepal launches the base variant 3+32GB at Rs.15000 in Nepal. But looking at the pricing strategy of Realme Nepal, there is almost no hope that they will launch it at this price range.
