Samsung Galaxy K Zoom is now officially available in Nepal. Samsung Galaxy K Zoom is a hybrid of digital cameras and smartphones. So what are the things you are getting in Samsung Galaxy K Zoom, let’s find it out.
4.8″ Super AMOLED, 720 x 1280px, 306ppi; Gorilla Glass 3 with ambient light sensor
Android OS v4.4.2 KitKat
Exynos 5260 chipset with dual-core 1.7GHz Cortex-A15 and quad-core 1.3GHz quad-core Cortex-A7 CPU; 2GB RAM; Mali-T624 GPU
8GB of built-in storage, expandable via the microSD card slot
Active noise cancellation with a secondary mic
The best feature of the Samsung Galaxy K Zoom is its impressive 10x optical zoom without losing any details while taking photos or recording videos. And probably this is the only good thing about Samsung Galaxy K Zoom. If you need a 10x optical zoom on your smartphone than Samsung Galaxy K Zoom is the only option for you. But because of the size and weight, it’s very hard and awkward for everyday use. Also, the quality of the pictures is not so impressive what you expect from a smartphone that is made especially for taking photos. Talking about the battery life, you will able to get up to 16hrs of talk time, over 10 hrs of video playback and over 9 hrs of web browsing. But if you use it as a camera than, you have to charge twice a day.
Now is it worth buying? I will say No. Though it has 10x optical zoom, plenty of power for most tasks and the latest version of Android KitKat still you will look dumb when you put this fat phone in your ear to talk. You can go with Nokia Lumia 1020 which is the best smartphone that takes still photographs and cost around 50k in the market. So what do you think about Samsung Galaxy K Zoom?
