A schematic disclosing the specs and dimensions of the new member of Samsung’s M series, Samsung Galaxy M01 was provided at AndroidPure. Whether the schematic is accurate and official is still a big question. However, we can get the paramount ideas of the specs of Samsung M01 through this one also.
Samsung Galaxy M01 Leaked Specs Overview:
On the front, we are likely to see a 5.71 inches display with HD+ (720 x 1560 px) resolutions and a 19:9 aspect ratio. The phone seems quite bulky having 146.3 x 70.86 x 9.8 mm dimension.
Exploring the camera section, we will see the double camera setup at the back with a primary sensor of 13MP, f/2.2, and the depth sensor of 2MP, f/2.4. We can also see the front camera in a punch hole with a lens of 5MP, f/2.2 which shall be capable of face unlock feature.
The other things included was that the phone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 439, Octa-core(8 x 1.95Hz ARM Cortex A53), coupled with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. The fact that the availability of card slots is written as “TBD” makes the document quite suspicious.
Samsung Galaxy M series is widely popular for its price affordability, modern design, powerful processor, and a huge battery. So, there was no chance the M01 would be an exception. According to the schematic, the phone is equipped with a non-removable Li-Po 4000 mAh battery and will run on One UI. Apart from these we also see the mention of Dolby ATMOS sound technology and Samsung Health in the schematic.
Samsung Galaxy M01 Rumor Price & Availability:
No information regarding the pricing has been mentioned in the schematic but we can see Blue as one of the color options for the device. However, recently one of the renowned tipster @ishanagarwal24 shared that the Samsung Galaxy M01 3+32GB variant will be priced at INR 8,999 (~NPR 14,400).
Although no official announcement has been made, there are rumors that the Samsung M01 will be available in the Indian market in the first week of June.
