It seems like Samsung is not giving up on satisfying smartphone users by giving access to the latest gadgets to smartphone users. Just this February one model of this Samsung is getting ready to lunch here in NEPAL i.e. “Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro”. And rumors are in the air about the next flagship model from Samsung which presumably called “Samsung Galaxy S8”.
Rumors about this gadget are pretty much apple of an eye because this device is expected to have a “desktop dock”, “infinitydisplay” and with “headphone jack”.
Like its predecessor, Galaxy S7 has been crowned with the “Best display” from DISPLAYMATE. This will carry heavy expectations on its display. And reports from KOREA HERALD says that this gadget will have the AMOLED display of 4K (2160 x 3840) resolution which will be an aid for the VR experience.
But again through the source Sammobile, it is said to be expected of 1440 X 2560 quad HD super AMOLED display from its predecessor but using a new material that will help it last longer and use less power. And this also states that Samsung is expected to switch to standard RGB stripe from the Diamond Pentile Subpixel arrangement. This will increase the subpixel count effectively form 7,372, 800 to 11,059,200.
And Samsung is also expected to ditch the home button in here and the fingerprint sensor is also expected to be embedded at the rear side of the phone, just beside the rear camera. And might be the phone to feature the proper optical identification, which we have already seen on Galaxy Note 7.
For the screen size, it’s expected that Samsung will manufacture 5.8” and 6.2”, either equaling or exceeding the size of Galaxy Note 7.
maybe Chinese and Koran version are only with 6GB RAM,6+64/6+128.that's why I say a little different.
With more and more leaks and rumors coming up every day about Galaxy S8, a Chinese Leakster confirmed that China And South Korea will have 6GB RAM + 64GB ROM and 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM variants of Galaxy S8 at CNY 6,088 (~NPR 95,415) and CNY 6,488 (~NPR 1,01,686). This leads the rest of the world might get 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM variant of Galaxy S8.
We have already seen Samsung and Qualcomm tied up for Qualcomm’s upcoming flagship processor “Qualcomm Snapdragon 835”. There are also rumors going on around the internet that Qualcomm won’t be able to ship its latest and greatest Snapdragon 835 CPUs to other companies like LG and Xiaomi because of Samsung. So, we can assume Samsung is going to use Snapdragon 835 and its own latest Exynos CPUs on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8. Which will increase the CPU performance by up to 11% and GPU performance up to 23% compared to Samsung Galaxy S7. But despite having powerful CPU and GPU on Galaxy S8, it will be 20% more efficient than Galaxy S7.
Now let’s talk about the battery. Samsung lost its huge market share and affected its reputation because of faulty batteries. Samsung did admit recently that the fire on the Galaxy Note 7 was caused because of the battery flaws on Galaxy Note 7. So this time Samsung is ditching its own battery manufacturing division and Chinese vendor and moving on to Japanese battery manufacturing company. Just to make sure this time, Galaxy S8 won’t get on fire!!!!!! Moving on the battery capacity, 5.8” Galaxy S8 variant will likely to have 3000mAh battery whereas 6.2” Galaxy S8 might come with 3500mAh battery.
Alongside, Galaxy S8 is trying to experience a new feature that is desktop expanding which might be the new experience to date. It is assumed that this smartphone will be connected to the desktop using USB-type C port and Samsung is working on its monitor.
Samsung has already confirmed that they won’t launch Galaxy S8 on the MWC 2017 event but they might show some glimpse of the upcoming flagship smartphone, Galaxy S8 at the event. It is said that this time Samsung will announce Galaxy S8 on March 29 in New York.
So, it seems that Samsung is planning to give the smartphone of the future. Again none of the above specs are confirmed yet by the Samsung official. These are just leaks and rumors, so take it as a grain of salt.
