It seems like it was just yesterday that Samsung launched Galaxy A8+, and now Samsung is back in the news with the launch of its Galaxy Tab A 7.0. This time, Samsung Nepal is focusing on the budget segment of the market with the release of the tablet.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A 7.0 Overview
The Galaxy Tab A 7.0 has a slim design, comes with round edges which give the device a decent look for what it’s worth. The device features a 7 inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) vivid display which is excellent for those once in a while movie times. According to the company, the tablet will last up to 9 hours of continuous video playback, thanks to its 4000 mAh battery which is another plus for the device.
Under-the-hood, the Galaxy Tab A 7.0 is powered by a 1.5GHz Quad-Core processor, coupled with a 1.5GB RAM and 8GB of internal memory which is expandable via microSD up to 200GB. On the rear, the device features a 5MP shooter and on the front a 2MP shooter which decent for video calling. In our opinion, this is packed with very capable hardware making sure that you will be able to use the device for productivity as well as play some light games.
The tablet runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop which is a downside at this point in time. Speaking of connectivity options, the device is 4G capable and comes with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, FM radio and a headphone jack as well.
The Galaxy Tab A 7.0 will be available for NPR 15,900/- in two colors – White and Black. The company says the device will be available all over the country from 6th February. With an attractive price of NPR 15,900/-, the company also claims Galaxy Tab A 7.0 is the most affordable 4G tablet in the market.
