In an inauguration ceremony on 17th July, the service center which previously was operating on the 4th floor is shifted to the 3rd floor at Tamrakar Complex situated in Pako, Kathmandu. Inauguration program embarked with ribbon cut by Samsung Nepal MD, Mr. Yubeom Won, and with the attendance of IMS CEO Mr. Dipak Malhotra, Samsung Nepal IM Head Mr. Pranay Ratna Sthapit, Samsung Nepal service manager Mr. Rajan Bhattarai and IMS service manager Mr.Kunal Gurung made this event successful.

Thanks, Samsung for extending its services in a much-rushed service center (Tamrakar Complex) which is located in the heart of the capital city. The renovation was made to offer sophisticated and satisfactory service to the customers. To reduce customer’s standby time, the service center has extended from 5 to 10 help counters. A well-furnished atmosphere makes the customer comfortable during their stay and with added technicians provide quick feedbacks or services to their customers. Moreover, newly arrived flagship smartphones are available on a separate floor.

Smartphones within warranty and guarantee period will be provided free services like software repair, parts replacements, and hardware repair whereas the amount will be charged for non-warranty phones. On the occasion of the inauguration program, the service head of Samsung Nepal, Rajan Bhattarai said, “The service center will provide reliable and easy access to Samsung’s quality service and will offer all Samsung customers repair services on their warranty valid and non-valid smartphones”.
