We always want to capture and cherish our memorable moments. But what if we don’t have that proper gadget which makes those more precious? We all are fond of taking pictures and shooting videos but because of the high price tags we stop ourselves from buying cameras and phones with higher megapixel lenses. And here we are today discussing about the new future to the world of spherical imaging i.e. Samsung Gear 360.
This amazing gear by Samsung allows us to capture videos and photos from both front and rear lenses in 180 degrees horizontally and vertically. This creates a 360-degree field view. Dual 15MP CMOS camera sensors with f2.0 aperture and fisheye lens give us 3840*1920 resolution in dual camera and up to 2560*1440 resolution in a single camera for movie recording. Talking about camera modes obviously it has video capturing and images capturing besides that we can also take time-lapse videos and looping videos.
And the other amazing feature about Gear 360 is that it is dust resistant and splash resistant. So, get out in dirt and capture. Compatible with the latest Samsung Galaxy smartphones, this gear can pair up via Bluetooth, then use Wi-Fi Direct to transform its large screen into a very handy remote viewfinder and to transfer files in one simple move. This gear comes with 1GB RAM and microSD card slot which is expandable up to 200GB.
With the motto of “Shoot, Stitch and Edit, View and Share” this gear sums up the entire feature we look while buying a gadget that features capturing images and videos. Despite having features like its high resolution, replaceable battery and SD card it has some negative sides as well like its unique design which makes it difficult to keep it in our pocket. Also, this gear is not fully waterproof and requires the latest Samsung smartphones for connectivity. But unofficially you can install Samsung Gear 360 apps on your Android smartphone and use it. We tried it on Xiaomi Mi 5s and it worked really well. To learn how to install Samsung Gear 360 apps on non-Samsung smartphones, click HERE.
If we ignore these points, Samsung Gear 360 is perfect for capturing images and videos with its high resolution. Samsung Nepal is planning to launch this gear soon. They shared this information during the last Samsung Bloggers’ Meet event. So, if you have a Samsung flagship smartphone and want to see the world through a dual-lens, then Samsung Gear 360 can be a good choice.
As the world is moving towards the age of virtual reality, it’s common to get along with the new technologies in foreign countries. People capture 360 videos, play high tech games.
