All three members of the Xiaomi 12 series is already launched in Nepal. Now, the company might be adding Xiaomi 12 Lite as a new affordable member in the series which may hit the global market soon. Its specs have recently leaked online which we will be discussing in this article along with the Xiaomi 12 Lite’s expected price in Nepal.

Design and Display
Xiaomi 12 Lite brings a similar design to the Xiaomi 12. But the leaked image shows the 12 Lite has an additional vertically arranged “XiaomiUI” text above the “Xiaomi 5G” branding. Its panel will have a glass finish while plastic will be used in the frames.
Upfront, the device will have a 6.55-inch AMOLED display that has a Full HD+ resolution. It will also support up to a 120Hz refresh rate which is a good upgrade from its predecessor with 90Hz RF. Moreover, it also has a punch hole cutout at the top center for a selfie camera.
Camera
The device will have a triple camera setup at the back. The main camera will have a 64MP main sensor with an f/1.8 aperture. Similarly, there will be an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 5MP macro camera. Upfront, it will feature a 16MP selfie camera which is a downgrade from its predecessor with 20MP snapper.
Performance and Memory
Xiaomi 12 Lite will pack Snapdragon 778G processor. It is the same chipset used in the Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G and also the recently launched Samsung Galaxy A73 5G. The chipset has a 2.4Ghz maximum clock speed with Adreno 642L. Similarly, it will ship with 6/8GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 128/256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The good news is that it will run on Andoird 12 out of the box with MIUI 13 on top.
Other Features:
The device will have a 4500mAh battery that supports up to 67W fast charging. Moreover, it will have an under-display fingerprint scanner and stereo speakers.
