With an aim to provide quality services to valuable customers, Xiaomi Nepal on 19th July conducted an inauguration ceremony program and officially announced its grand opening of new Service Center in the heart of the capital, Newroad. This international standard Service Center will operate on the 5th floor of the Tamrakar Complex which is a well-known building for gadgets sales and services.
The inauguration ceremony was made successful in the attendance of Country Head of Xiaomi Nepal – Saurabh Kothari, Xiaomi’s South Asia service Head – Mintesh Kumar, Teletalk Director – Sanjay Agrawal, Vatsal enterprises director- Gaurav Sharada and other officials and technical members. During the program, Saurabh Kothari proclaimed of adding 4 more similar authorized service centres soon.
Cheers to the MI smartphone users for getting global level authorized Service Center in Nepal. This new centre is embarked to deliver systematic and rapid services to their customer to guarantee better customer satisfaction. It will not only provide services for under warranted after-sales devices but also fix software issues, repair and replace hardware segments. Under warranty services will be free of cost whereas price will be charged as per the service acquired for warranty expired phones. Along with the smartphone, they also repair accessories. Genuine parts will be available in this authorized centre and will be opened for customers’ service from 9:30 am to 6 pm.
This Service Centre also has nice collections of newly launched smartphones and various accessories where customer can buy as per their choice.
Apart from that, another recently refurnished service centre is on service at CTC Mall located inside the capital city. Also, According to Xiaomi Nepal, more service centre will be opened across the major cities of Nepal very soon.
