OnePlus is soon unveiling its first foldable smartphone globally whereas the foldable has been surfacing online with various leaks and render online. Therefore in this article, we will be talking about OnePlus V Fold leaked specifications, render image, and the launch date along with the expected OnePlus V Fold price in Nepal.

OnePlus V Fold Leaks
A few weeks ago we were able to get a glimpse of OnePlus’s first foldable through a 3D render that surfaced online. Whereas now a leakster has revealed key specifications of the OnePlus V Fold.
First talking about the display OnePlus is expected to pack a 7.8 inches screen LTPO AMOLED internal screen with a 2K resolution (1,900 x 2,100 pixels) while the outer display features a 6.3 inches AMOLED screen. Moreover, both displays will support a 120hz refresh rate screen.
Powering the device is expected to be a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset with up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM along with up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. Additionally, the OnePlus V Fold out of the box could be packing Andriod 13 OS with OxygenOS 13.1 on top around the time when Google will be releasing its Andriod 14 OS.
For optics, OnePlus Fold will be housing a triple camera setup at the rear with Hasselblad branding where the primary sensor is expected to be a 48MP Sony IMX890 sensor. Paired with 2 secondary lenses 48MP ultra-wide and 64MP telephoto camera. Additionally, OnePlus Fold will be packing two front cameras one being 32MP on the cover screen and another being 20MP on it inside.
OnePlus V Fold Highlights
OnePlus fans have waited for a long time to see what OnePlus’s first foldable smartphone would look like whereas OnePlus V Fold was also debated online that it would be a rebranded version of Oppo Find N2. As we recently saw the first tablet Oneplus Pad rebranded as Oppo Pad 2. But thanks to @Onleaks and Smartprix now we have a first glimpse of the device which also reveals that it will not be a rebrand foldable.
From the render, OnePlus V Fold will be featuring a metal side and a tall cover screen with a punch hole at the center. In contrast, the back of the fold appears to be a leather-like finish and a huge circular housing featuring 3 sensors along with Hasselblad branding.
Moreover, the render doesn’t reveal the exact dimensions of the OnePlus V fold. In addition, the fold seems to get an integrated fingerprint scanner into the power button on the right-hand side. Along with two speakers at the top and a single speaker next to a USB-c port.
Furthermore according to OnePlus CEO the OnePlus’s first foldable smartphone is coming around the third quarter of the year. Whereas he yet hasn’t revealed any other information on the device. But from various sources, OnePlus’ first foldable will be unveiled in New York in the first half of August.
This means it will be announced right after Samsung Galaxy Fold 5 and Galaxy Flip 5. Stating that the unpacked event is scheduled for July 26 as per the rumors. Which is a pretty bold move from OnePlus to compete with Samsung’s foldable devices.
OnePlus V Fold Price in Nepal, Availability, and Launch Date
OnePlus V Fold is expected to launch in the first half of the third quarter of 2023. Whereas the device is said to be announced globally, therefore, the device won’t only be limited to China but will also arrive in the US, India, and all other countries. So we could expect the OnePlus Fold to launch in Nepal also but there is no official news.
Moreover, we don’t have any information on the OnePlus V fold expected pricing in China or any other countries.
