Xiaomi Nepal launched Redmi Note 9 Pro a few days ago in Nepal. Xiaomi Nepal has been providing value for money devices for a long time. Currently, only the 6GB+128GB variant of the device is available here in Nepal but the company promises to launch other variants soon. According to our choice here are the Five features of Redmi Note 9 Pro which we liked the most.
Redmi Note 9 Pro supports a great design with its curved glass rear panel instead of plastic. The glass reflects the light differently from different angles and makes a great pattern behind the back. There is a punch-hole display at the front. Both front and back are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. In the device, the fingerprint sensor is mounted at the power button which is quite fast and accurate. The device is 8.8mm thick and weighs around 209gm. We get a 2+1 Sim card slot with a dedicated Micro SD card support, a 3.5mm headphone jack, IR blaster and a P2i splash-proof coating.
Xiaomi mid-range devices are well known for their performance even at a low cost. Similarly, Redmi Note 9 Pro is not an exception. Here the device comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G and Adreno 618 GPU. Snapdragon 720G is an Octa-core Chip with a max clock speed of 2.3GHz. Around its price point of 29,999/- Redmi Note 9 Pro provides a large 6.67inch FHD+ IPS LCD with a punch hole at the top. The display is quite great to look at with no obstructive notch at the top. The display can run at optimum brightness of 450nits with 1500:1 Contrast Ratio. It has a Sunshine mode, Night mode, and also a color temperature feature.
The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and Anti-oil and anti-fingerprint protective coating is done to further enhance the display experience. It’s a great display for content consumption with support of HDR10 and supports Wide1 L1 certification for HD streaming from Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Redmi Note 9 comes with a quad-camera setup at the back and a 16MP shooter at the front. We have a 48MP CMOS sensor at the back with f/1.79 aperture. This is accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide camera with 119° FOV.
We also get a 5MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor for portrait shots.
