Design and Display
The OnePlus Nord 3 gets a similar design to its other Nord 3 series which was announced a while back such as Nord CE 3 Lite. Talking about the build of OnePlus Nord 3 5G it features a plastic frame and a glass back with Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Whereas the smartphone also gets an IP54 dust and water-resistant rating.
Coming to display OnePlus Nord 3 packs a 6.74 inches Fluid AMOLED screen with a 1.5K resolution (1240 x 2772 pixels), a refresh rate of 120Hz, and support of HDR10+, 1B colors, peak brightness of up to 1450nits along with Dragontrail Glass protection.
Performance and Software
The high-end mid-range smartphone is powered by a slightly older but flagship chipset from MediaTek which is Dimensity 9000 announced in 2021 and is based on 4nm architecture. Paired with an Octa-core CPU that has a max clock speed of 3.05Ghz, Mali-G710 GPU, 8/16GB LPDDR4X RAM, and 128/256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
For Software out of the box, the phone gets Andriod 13 and oxygenOS 13.1 skin on top.
Camera
Moving on to the optics of the OnePlus Nord 3 it packs a triple camera setup at the rear with 50MP f/1.8 primary sensor featuring OIS while for the secondary lens, the device gets 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide camera with 112Ëš FOV and a 2MP f/2.4 macro camera. Whereas the main camera is capable of recording 4K video at 60fps and 1080P video at 60/120fps.
On the front of the handset, you get a single 16MP f/2.4 wide lens that supports HDR and is capable of recording 1080P video at 30fps.
Battery and Other Features
Under the hood, OnePlus Nord 3 gets a standard 5000mah battery capacity paired with 80W fast charging support. According to OnePlus, the device can be charged to 100% in 32 minutes.
