Realme X3 SuperZoom announced with 120Hz Display and Snapdragon 855+ CPU
Realme, the budget-centric Chinese smartphone brand, is all set to add a flagship in its X series. The company has announced Realme X3 SuperZoom which is undoubtedly a big leap from its predecessors – Realme X2 and Realme X.
Realme X3 SuperZoom Specs Overview:
Upfront, the device flaunts 6.57 inches IPS LCD display with Full-HD+ (1080×2400 pixels) resolutions and 20:9 aspect ratio. The screen features a 120Hz refresh rate which is pretty amazing. Along with this, we will see a side-mounted fingerprint sensor which will be good for 0.3s unlocks as per the company.
On the top left corner, we will find a pill-shaped punch hole, that bags a dual-camera setup having a primary sensor of 32 MP, f/2.5, (wide), and the secondary sensor of 8 MP, f/2.2, 105˚,(ultrawide).
The camera section unquestionably steals all the limelight of the device. The Realme X3 SuperZoom rocks a quad-camera rear setup consisting of a primary sensor of 64 MP, f/1.8, (wide) with PDAF, a 122mm periscope zoom lens of 8 MP, f/3.4 (periscope telephoto) with PDAF, OIS, 5x optical zooming capabilities, an ultrawide sensor of 8 MP, f/2.3, 119˚, (ultrawide), and the macro sensor of 2 MP, f/2.4, (macro).
The camera is able to provide 60x hybrid zooming capabilities which may be the reason to name the device Realme X3 SuperZoom. Along with this, the main camera also offers a Tripod mode, AI mode, and Nightscape 4.0 complete with Pro mode allowing us to manually adjust settings and the selfie camera offers a Night mode for selfies called Nightscape mode.
The phone is powered by Snapdragon 855+, a flagship processor announced last year, Octa-core (1×2.96 GHz Kryo 485 & 3×2.42 GHz Kryo 485 & 4×1.78 GHz Kryo 485) and bags Adreno 640 to handle the graphics. Speaking about the storage, the device comes in two varieties, one with 12GB of RAM + 256GB of internal storage and the other with 8GB of RAM + 128GB of internal storage. According to the company the device includes vapor chamber cooling technology and UFS 3.0 storage with Turbo Write that doesn’t support expansion via cards.
The Realme X3 SuperZoom will be backed by a Non-removable Li-Po 4200 mAh battery including a 30W fast charger that is advertised to be full in 55 minutes only. The device runs on Realme UI on the top of Android 10.
Realme X3 SuperZoo Price & Availability:
Realme is planning to launch Realme X2 SuperZoom on the 2nd of June in the European market whereas the company is yet to announce its availability in Nepal. The 12GB/256GB version is priced at EUR 499 ( ~ NPR 66,300 ) whereas the price of 8GB/128GB isn’t disclosed yet. For more updates, stay tuned and stay safe.
