Samsung Galaxy F42 5G launched with MediaTek Dimensity 700 and 5000mAh battery in Nepal

Samsung has now finally launched its second F series device Samsung Galaxy F42 5G in Nepal. The device comes with 5G connectivity. The device is also featured with a 6.6 inches display. Here, in this article, we will be looking at the specs and features of the Samsung Galaxy F42 5G along with its price in Nepal.

Design and display:

Samsung Galaxy F42 is featured with 6.6 inches TFT display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The device also comes with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. Talking about its design, the device is built with glass at the front with a plastic frame and plastic back. There is a triple camera setup at the back that comes in a square box. At the front, there is a single selfie camera in a watermark design.

Samsung Galaxy F42 5G is featured with MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor that is built under 7nm architecture. The 7nm chipset is featured with an octa-core processor with two Cortex-A76 clocked at 2.2 GHz and six Cortex-A55 clocked at 2.0 GHz. Whereas, Mali-G57 MC2 handles the graphics of the phone. The device is featured with Android 11, One UI Core 3.1 software. You can get this device in four storage variants: 64/4GB RAM, 128/4GB RAM, 128/6GB RAM, and 128/8GB RAM. This is the same SoC that we saw on much cheaper POCO M3 Pro 5G.

Camera:

Talking about cameras, Samsung Galaxy F42 5G is featured with a triple camera setup where the main camera is 64 MP, f/1.8 aperture. There is a 5 MP, f/2.2 aperture ultrawide camera with an angle view of 115˚. Completing the setup there is a 2 MP, f/2.4 aperture depth sensor. The main camera can record videos up to 1080p@30fps.

At the front, there is an 8 MP, f/2.0 aperture single selfie camera. The selfie camera can record videos up to1080p@30fps.
