Samsung Galaxy M13 5G launched in India with Dimensity 700 and 50MP Camera

Samsung launched the Galaxy M13 4G a month ago, powered by its in-house Exynos 850 SoC. This was a really underpowered device targeted at entry-level users. Now, Samsung is on the row of launching its 5G variant, Samsung Galaxy M13 5G. the Samsung Galaxy M13 5G is powered by a 5G Dimensity SoC. Today, let’s have a closer look at all the specifications and features of the device. We will also discuss the expected price of the Samsung Galaxy M13 5G in Nepal.

Design & Display 

There are not a lot of differences when it comes to the design of the Samsung Galaxy M13 5G compared with its 4G siblings. The device features a plastic build with a plastic frame. While on the front we get a 6.6-inch FHD+ LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels resolution. The device is slightly thicker at 8.8mm than the 4G variant, the device with a weight of around 195 gm. 

Camera & Battery

Here we are can see a Dual camera setup with a 50MP f/1.8 primary camera and a 2MP depth sensor. While at the front, the Galaxy M13 5G will get a 5MP shooter. With this camera setup, the device will be capable of recording 1080P videos up to 30 fps. 

While on the battery front, we are expecting a 5000mAh cell with 15W of fast charging. Though it’s not sure if we will get the charger in the box or not. 

Performance & Software 

This is where the M13 5G will have its lead over the 4G variant. Samsung Galaxy M13 5G features Dimensity 700 5G SoC. This is an octa-core CPU from MediaTek with 2×2.2 GHz Cortex-A76 & 6×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55 CPU cores and Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. We have already seen this SoC in devices like Redmi 11 5G, Vivo Y72T & Poco M4 5G. The M13 5G has two memory options – 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB with support for expansion via the micro-SD card slot. 

While on the software department it run on a Android 12 with Samsung One Ui 4.1 on top.

Samsung Galaxy M13 5G Price in Nepal & Availability 

As Samsung didn’t launch the 4G variant of the Samsung Galaxy M13 in Nepal, so we are not quite sure if the 5G variant will be launched in Nepal or not. Looking at its specifications and previous Samsung pricing, we expect the price of the Samsung Galaxy M13 in Nepal to start at NPR.25,000 for the base 4/64GB variant.
