Realme GT Neo 2T launched with Dimensity 1200, 120Hz AMOLED & 65W charging


Realme announced the upcoming Realme GT Neo 2T on October 19 via a virtual event along with Realme Q3s. The device is another addition to the GT Neo series and the successor to Realme GT Neo 2. However, the device resembles the Realme GT Neo. The device will be available for purchase in China starting from November 1. However, you can pre-book your handset till then, in China.

Design and Display

Designwise, the GT Neo 2T flaunts a gorgeous design with a plastic frame and a plastic back. At the rear panel, the device features a vertical camera setup that is quite trendy nowadays. Likewise, at the front, the device houses the selfie camera inside a punch-hole cutout at the top left. The users can choose from Jet Black and Glaze White colors. Even though the GT Neo 2T is the successor of GT Neo 2, it looks quite similar to the Realme GT Neo instead.

Realme GT Neo 2T sports a 6.43 inches Full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. You can expect to play games and use the device smoothly in high resolution. Furthermore, the device has an aspect ratio of 20:9, 91.7% screen-to-body ratio, HDR10, and a 360Hz of the touch sampling rate. With 1000 nits of peak brightness, you can use your device even in the daylight without any inconvenience.

Talking about the performance, the Realme GT Neo 2T is powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 1200AI version 5G processor. The device with its eight-core processors can be quite exquisite and run up to 3.0 GHz.

The graphics will be handled by ARM G77 MC9 GPU. Moving on to the memory, the device is coupled with RAM up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GGB of internal storage. Following the steps of new technology, the Realme GT Neo 2T can be expanded up to 7GB. As for the storage, the 8GB variant comes with two storage variants- 128GB and 256GB. Similarly, the 12GB RAM variant comes with a single variant of 256GB. We earlier saw this SoC on the POCO F3 GT and a bit tweaked version was available on the OnePlus Nord 2.

Realme GT Neo 2T boots on Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11. Realme claims that the device features a 3D tempered liquid cooling system that can keep the core cooler by up to 35 degrees Celsius. 


Moving to the camera, GT Neo 2T flaunts a triple camera setup at the rear panel with an LED flash. The setup comprises a 64MP primary sensor along with an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 4cm macro sensor. At the front, the device features a 16MP selfie shooter housed inside a punch-hole cutout.

Talking about the battery, Realme GT Neo 2T packs a 4,500mAh battery which is pretty basic for the price range. Nonetheless, Realme has bumped up the fast charging support from 50W to 65W which covers up the lackluster.

After the official unveiling, Realme GT Neo 2T is available for pre-order in China. The price starts at CNY 2,099 for the 8/128GB variant and reaches up to CNY 2,599 for the 12/256GB variant. The official sale starts on November 1. We can expect the price of Realme GT Neo 2T in Nepal at Rs.43,000 when it launches in Nepal.
