Samsung has quietly launched two smartphones in its affordable category which are Galaxy A23 5G along with Galaxy A14 5G in India. Therefore in this article, we will be talking about the specifications and the converted price of Galaxy A23 5G in Nepal.

Design & Display
Samsung Galaxy A23 5G features a similar design language to the regular Galaxy A23 4G variant of the device. Here we get a 6.6-inch PLS LCD display with 1080×2408 pixels resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 5 but sadly we don’t see any IP rating this time.

Performance & Software
For performance, the Samsung Galaxy A23 5G is powered by Snapdragon 695 5G SoC. This is an octa-core SoC from Qualcomm built under 6nm fabrication. Here we get 4×2.4 GHz Kryo 265 Gold & 4×1.9 GHz Kryo 265 Silver CPU cores along with Adreno 610 GPU. We have already seen this tried and tested SoC on devices like Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, and POCO X4 Pro 5G.
On the software front, we are getting Android 12 with Samsung’s ONE UI 4.1 skins on top out of the box.
Camera
On the back, we get a Quad Camera setup with a 50MP f/1.8 Primary Camera with PDAF & OIS, a 5MP f/2.2 ultra-wide, and 2MP each macro and depth sensor. While at the front the device has an 8MP f/2.2 selfie shooter. Sadly we only get Full HD video recording options on both the front and back of the camera.
Battery & Connectivity
The device is backed up by a 5000mAh cell with support for 25W fast charging. As for the connectivity, it supports Dual-band WiFi, 5G, 4G LTE, and Bluetooth 5.1.

The Samsung Galaxy A23 5G is already launched in India at a tag price of INR 22,999 for the 6/128GB whereas the 8/128GB is priced at INR 24,999. Futhermore we yet don’t have any news on the announcement of the Samsung Galaxy A23 5G in Nepal. But we expect Samsung to launch the device soon in Nepal.
Meanwhile talking about the converted price of the Samsung Galaxy A23 5G it’s NPR 36,785 for the 6/128GB and NPR 39,984 for 8/128GB.
