Vivo X80 Pro is rumored to feature Dimensity 9000 and 80W fast charging support

The next series lineup by Vivo is going to be its flagship series under the name of the Vivo X80 series. The series will consist of three devices named; X80, X80 Pro, and X80 Pro Plus smartphones. Among these, we will be talking about Vivo X80 Pro which will feature Dimensity 9000 processor. Without any further delay, we will be talking about available specs and features along with the expected Vivo X80 Pro price in Nepal.

Vivo X80 Pro overview:

Design and display:

The upcoming Vivo X80 Pro will feature a 6.78 inches AMOLED display with support of 1B colors and also, a 120Hz refresh rate panel. You will also get a resolution of 1080 x 2376 pixels. Likewise, the protection of the device is not specified yet, but we will probably get a Gorilla Glass 5 or Victus+ with this device. Similarly, the frames will be built with aluminum.

Talking about build and design, the Vivo X80 Pro will be featured with a triple camera setup in a rectangular-shaped box. Moreover, it seems like there will be a standard Vivo logo at the bottom of the back panel. Likewise, at the front, there is a single selfie camera placed at the top center of the display in a punch-hole design. 

Performance:

Talking about the performance, the Vivo X80 Pro will be featured with the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor (here, the X80 Pro is only the device to feature Dimensity among the three devices). The 9000 chipsets are built under 4nm architecture along with an octa-core processor with one Cortex-A78 clocked at 2.8 GHz, three Cortex-A78 clocked at 2.6 GHz, and four Cortex-A55 clocked at 2.0 GHz. Whereas the graphics of the device will be featured with Mali-G78 MP10, Similarly, you will get the Android 12. Talking about its storage variants, you get options of 128/8GB RAM, 256/8GB RAM, 256/12GB RAM, 256/16GB RAM, and 512/12GB RAM.

Camera:

Moving on to the camera, Vivo X80 Pro will feature a quad-camera setup where, the main camera will be 50 MP, f/1.4 aperture wide-angle lens featuring Laser AF and gimbal OIS. Supporting the main camera, there will be an 8 MP, f/3.4 aperture periscope telephoto lens with support of OIS and 5x optical zoom. Further, there will be a 12 MP, f/2.0 aperture telephoto lens with  2x optical zoom. Lastly, completing the setup, there will be a 12 MP, f/2.2 aperture ultrawide camera with a 116˚ angle view. The main camera will be able to record videos up to 4K@30/60fps and 1080p@30/60fps.

At the front, there will be a 32 MP, f/2.5 aperture single selfie camera that can record videos up to 4K@30fps and 1080p@30fps.

Other features:

Vivo X80 Pro will feature a 4700 mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. You will get an under-display fingerprint scanner with other sensors like an accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, and a color spectrum. It is not mentioned but, as being a flagship device, it will probably come with some IP rating.

We don’t know the exact launch date of the X80 series. Officials have not still announced the launch date. However, we will be updating you regarding the launch of this device in the upcoming future. The expected price of the Vivo X80 Pro in China is CNY 5,699. If officials show any sign of this device launch in Nepal, then the expected Vivo X80 Pro Price in Nepal will be around NPR.109,599.
