vivo Y30 silently goes on sales with 13MP Quad-camera and 5000mAh battery
vivo Y30, a budget-friendly alternative of vivo Y50 that appeared in South-East Asia last month, is all set to rock the market. Though the official announcement of this phone is not done by vivo yet, it’s listing in the Lazada Malaysia tells us a lot about its specs and the price tag it will come along with.
vivo Y30 Specs Overview:
vivo Y30 is powered by Mediatek MT6765 Helio P35 (12nm), Octa-core (4×2.35 GHz Cortex-A53 & 4×1.8 GHz Cortex-A53) and is accompanied by 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, eMMC 5.1. Well, the availability of an external card slot for storage expansion is still a suspense.
The front look of Vivo Y30 embraces a 6.47 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with 720 x 1560 pixels resolutions and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. With IPS LCD screens, users are more likely to enjoy better off-screen viewing angles and brighter overall picture quality. The device is protected by a glass on the front and plastic on the back and shall have a plastic frame as well which is a bit upsetting as plastic frames are more prone to scratches.
The rear camera section is similar to Vivo Y50. The quad-camera setup of Vivo Y30 comprises of a primary sensor of 13 MP, f/2.2 (wide), an ultrawide sensor of 8 MP, f/2.2, the macro lens of 2 MP, f/2.4 and a secondary sensor of 2 MP, f/2.4 for depth sensing. The Vivo Y30 is equipped with a non-removable Li-Po 5000 mAh battery and 10W charging. The device shall support 2.0 Type-C reversible USB On-The-Go connector. The device will run on Funtouch 10.0 on top of Android 10.

vivo Y30 will be available in the market from May 9 in two color options- Dazzle Blue, Moonstone White and will come along with the price tag of MYR899 (~ NRS 25,200) in Malaysia.
