There have been lots of leaks and rumors flying around the iPhone 14 series since last year. Yet again we have some leaks regarding the chips featured in the devices. The display will be new in this year’s model as we saw leaks about the models featuring a punch-hole camera design at the front. Without any further delay, let’s look at the rumored specs and features of the iPhone 14 series and its availability.
iPhone 14 series: rumors roundup
Looking at the looks here we can certainly notice some major changes with the iPhone 14. Firstly, talking about the design, the 14 series is likely to feature a punch-hole design on the Pro Modules and a regular small notch on the regular iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max.
These leaks about the punch-hole iPhone in 2022 also matched the reports from a renowned Apple analyst and leaker Ming-Chi Kuo. It appears that the Face ID tech will come underneath the display if these leaks are true. If the leaks are true, then we will finally get rid of that ugly iPhone Notch after 5 years.
Along with that front display, we will get two 6.1-inch models with the iPhone 14 and 14 Pro, and two 6.7-inch models with the iPhone 14 Max and 14 Pro Max. We also get a Titanium frame around the device, which is surprisingly cool. And also the volume rockers will be round-shaped, just like the iPhone 4. So, it looks like this time iPhone is really going to be tougher like Apple likes to claim every year. If you look at the back also the camera bump is reduced a lot and it looks like the cameras are flushed along with the back glass of the device.
Concerning the processor part, leaks and rumors have pointed to the processor used in the upcoming devices. Here, the two models, iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max will feature the same A15 Bionic processor. Whereas, the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will be featuring the latest A16 chip. We don’t know about Apple’s choice to make the A16 chip exclusive, but the ongoing chip shortage could well be the culprit.
