M3-powered 32-inch iMacs to hit the market as early as 2025.


Apple, the tech giant has been reportedly working on its newest lineup of M3-powered iMacs. With such popularity of M1 and M2 chips, the development of M3 might just be the most powerful yet popular chip from Apple. Likewise, in this article, we shall discuss what the M3 32-inch iMac might have in store for us.

Apple’s iMacs are well-known for their sleek design and all-in-one setup. Apple first revealed its M1-powered iMacs in mid-2021. Apple was soon to discontinue the 27-inch iMac and iMac Pro after the M1-powered iMacs were introduced.

In recent leaks, Gurman has revealed that Apple has been reportedly working on more powerful variants of the iMac. Among them is the powerful 32-inch M3-powered iMacs. In addition to the 32-inch iMac, Apple will also introduce a 24-inch variant as well. What’s even better is that it will likely be similar to Apple’s Pro Display XDR and feature an IPS LCD panel with a 6K resolution and 10-bit colors.

According to the reports, the M3-powered iMacs are said to use TSMC’s 3nm manufacturing rather than the existing 5nm process. This will further offer a higher performance and power efficiency.

Talking about the availability of these new iMacs, the smaller 24-inch version is likely to be launched in the second half of this year to early 2024. However, tech goers will have to wait for the bigger 32-inch iMacs as they will arrive in late 2024 or early 2025. We do have to keep in consideration that the design process of the 32-inch M3 iMacs has just been started according to recent reports.
