Redmi 10 Prime Launched in Nepal with 90Hz Display, 50MP Camera, and all-new Helio G88
Xiaomi Nepal has officially launched Redmi 10 Prime in Nepal. The device was recently launched in India and packs some really good feature sets.
Redmi has finally updated its last year much loved Redmi 9 Prime with an all-new 50MP camera setup, the latest MediaTek Helio G88, and a 90Hz adaptive display with Redmi 10 Prime. Let’s have a look into Redmi 10 Prime, what it offers, and also its price in Nepal.

Design & Display
Redmi 10 Prime brings an all-new design compared to last year’s Redmi 9 Prime following the trend of the Note series. We get maat back with a 50MP quad-camera setup while the front is treated with a 90Hz display with a punch hole on top and is protected with Gorilla Glass 3. Xiaomi has also managed to reduce the weight compared to the last year’s model at 192gm even after having a larger battery.
Upfront the display is a 6.5-inch FHD+ panel with a 90Hz of refresh rate. It’s an IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080. It’s an adaptive refresh rate panel that can switch between 90Hz, 60Hz, and 45Hz, depending on the content.
Redmi 10 Prime features an all-new 50MP primary camera resulting in a quad-camera setup. Here we have a 50MP f/1.8 primary camera with an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide with a 120° field of view. While the rest two are 2MP each depth and macro sensor. While at the front we get 8MP f/2.0. With this setup, Redmi 10 Prime can record 1080P videos up to 30fps from both rear and front cameras. It offers features like, Portrait, Panorama, Pro Mode, and many more.
For the performance, we are treated with all-new MediaTek Helio G88. It’s a new mid-range SoC from MediaTek. Helio G88 has an octa-core CPU with 2 x Arm Cortex-A75 @ 2.0GHz and 6 x Arm Cortex-A55 @ 1.8GHz. While for the GPU we have Mali-G52. Along with this, we get 4/6GB LPDDR4X RAM and 64/128GB storage respectively. We have seen how good the Helio G80 was considering the price of Redmi 9 Prime and we have high expectations from the Redmi 10 Prime too.
Redmi 10 Prime comes with a 6000mAh large battery with support for 18W fast charging and you will get a 22.5W adapter in the box. The device is running on Android 11 with the latest MIUI 12.5 on top. It is available in three shades, Phantom Black, Bifrost Blue, and Astral White. Talking about connectivity here we have Dual-band Wifi, Bluetooth 5.1, and 4G LTE support. The device also supports Stereo Speakers and a 3.5mm jack.

Redmi 10 Prime comes in two memory configurations: 4+64GB and 6+128GB. The price for 4+64GB variant is Rs.20,999 where 6+128GB is price at Rs.23,999 in Nepal. According to the company, Redmi 10 Prime will be available very soon at both Online & Offline retail partners’ outlets all across the nation.
