Redmi 9 Power was launched back in December in India, which is the rebranded version of Redmi Note 9 4G launched back in November in China. Like expected, Redmi 9 Power features an IPS LCD panel measuring 6.53 inches. The display supports FHD+ resolution, has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 with a screen-to-body ratio of ~83.4%. Redmi has also protected the 60Hz display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. On the front, you will also see a waterdrop notch housing the selfie camera.
The phone is built in a plastic frame with a plastic back and glass front protected by Gorilla Glass 3. The phone weighs 198 grams and comes in a water-repellent coating.
