Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 series launched in Nepal starting from Rs.34,999
Samsung launched Galaxy watch 4 and Watch 4 classic along with Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3 at their last unpacked event and now the Watch 4 Series has been launched in Nepal Officially. This is the first smartwatch to be launched after the Wear OS collaboration with Samsung. It has a new Exynos SoC, One UI for Watch, and many more Health features. Build and Design
Talking about the build, both Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch 4 classic are available on two different screen sizes. We get 1.2-inch and 1.4-inch screen sizes with 396 x 396 pixels and 450 x 450 pixels resolution respectively. If you go with the Watch 4 you will be getting either 40mm or 44mm size whereas the Classic is available in 42mm and 46mm sizes. The Watch 4 comes with an aluminum body whereas the Classic got the stainless steel treatment. The classic also has Samsung’s famous rotating bezel.
The Watch Series 4 got an upgrade when it comes to both SoC and software. Both watches are powered by Exynos W920 clocked at 1.18Ghz. It’s a 5nm SoC with 1.5GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. On top of that, the watch runs on Wear OS with One Ui for the watch on top. This platform is made in collaboration with Google and Samsung. We are promised better battery life, faster apps opening time, and better optimization. As the devices are based on the Wear OS platform, you can download any WearOS app from the play store.
Tracking and Sensors
Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 series packs all the necessary sensors and a BioActive Sensor which is a combination of three different sensors (optical heart rate, electrical heart, and bioelectrical impedance analysis) all these sensors work together to get all the heart rate data, blood pressure, blood oxygen level and can also detect body composition. The watch can also alert you after detecting an irregular heartbeat.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 series features a 267mAh battery on the 40/42mm variant whereas the larger 44/46mAh variant features a tad bit bigger 361mAh battery and has support for wireless charging via the magnetically attaching charging cable. Talking about connectivity, the watches support Dual-band Wifi, Bluetooth 5.0 along with GPS and NFC.
